The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address, your Malaysian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your registered details should any of them change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 365huat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 365huat support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
365huat may require you to complete KYC verification at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or upon request by regulatory authorities. Acceptable identification documents include Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Malaysian passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your Member Centre. 365huat reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Deposit processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are generally credited instantly; FPX and DuitNow bank transfers typically within 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits within 2–30 minutes depending on network confirmation times. Withdrawal processing times are: e-wallets under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes under normal operating conditions.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 365huat does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to have originated from an account not belonging to the registered member will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, a User must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds; (c) not exceeded withdrawal limits for the applicable period; and (d) maintained an account in good standing with no outstanding compliance holds or fraud investigations.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 365huat are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of this period.
365huat maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using irregular betting patterns (e.g., covering all outcomes simultaneously) specifically to clear wagering requirements; staking patterns designed to generate minimal risk while satisfying rollover obligations.
